My brother was just denied his divorce because his spouse didn't want it and the judge said he didn't have grounds. Plus she has a medical problem that she needs to have taken care of. When can he file again after it has been denied in Tennessee?

my husband and I are married (9/2005). He is from Jamacia. He has damage this family. He has abandoned us. He has a temp. green card. 5/2009 card expires. The mental abuse and game. He left my and his child with no money and behind in bills. I can go on. I want a divorce. He doesn't care about use. Each day that goes by I want to vomit because he has made my life a living hell and mess.

Can he still get his card once we are divorce?
