Tired,

You can have your divorce put on the list for a hearing and a judge will decide the terms of any settlement. Please contact an attorney or the Court Clerk's office in your jurisdiction for more information.

I have been trying to get a divorce for a year now. He won't sign. Is there anything else I can do? After a certain period shouldn't a judge grant me a divorce? We have nothing together at all.
