In the last three months I have paid 1,500 in alimony just to find out that she has been cohabitating with her new boy friend in the last three months .is she breaking any laws?

You may be able to get the amount of alimony reduced based on your former wife's increase in income. Please consult with an attorney to get advice for your specific situation, and bring any do...entation you may have to support your allegations to the meeting so the lawyer can review it.
