Chuck,
If your ex-wife is supposed to be paying half the house expenses and she is not, you need to see a lawyer about bringing legal action against her for contempt of court.
I would also suggest that you talk to your mortgage lender and explain your current situation. There may be something the lender can do to help ease the financial burden in this situation.

-- Contributed by: JCRedmondI need advice. My wife is 42, Iam 71. She has been the main breadwinner since about 2000.We have 3 children between 6 nd 13 years. My wife left me for another man and has lived in his home since his family left him 11/2 years ago. I have physical care of my children for 50% of their time and my wife makes a small contribution towards their maintenance. this however is quite inadequate and my financial position is desperate. We are british citizens living in the W.Indies ( Grenada ) and I recieve a part UK state pension
How can I get legal advice concerning my position,...legal aid in being represented. By e.mail or 'snail' mail ?
-- Contributed by: Tedwould like the statistics of children if the father was the main bread winner and the mother was the homemaker but the father went through mlc and blamed the spouse for her misiery and she the wife said d and h can have custody and mother leaves the home w the father, what is the statistics? for the children . i read only one article and it was a website for men, that the children do better w the father w a motherless home, than the other way around.
